1 April 1922 • Saturday

At the temple this morning we removed the statuary from the Celestial room to the Bureau of Information building. The work of improvements is progressing. The men’s dressing room off the wash rooms is being painted and is nearly ready for use. We have been fixing up a room in the South

East part of the temple on the lower floor for the Sister’s dressing room. The painting of the World room is still in process. An unpleasant order in the faunt room gave us considerable trouble searching for the cause. We used chloride or Lime freely and about concluded that it is caused from leaking gas pipes.

Wrote a letter to my daughter Nerva. Spent the evening at home.
