use their mind said the people of the world had not the kno[w]ledge [p. 108] and power of life and salvation that we have and we should do away with the evil and improve the good Said the young ladies should do away with the fashions of the day and preserve their health, she also read a lecture on health which was very good told the mothers to stir up the minds of their daughters and lay the work of mutual improvement before them.
