[. . .] Sister Elizah R. Snow then adressed the children—. Said she was pleased to see their pleasant faces, was pleased with their minutes and reports, also with the exercises. Then asked them what were the first principles of a meeting.—Answer, punctuality <and> order. Said all should say, Amen. Asked what the meaning of Amen was—Children answered, So Let it Be—Sister Snow then said she had organized the children not only in Utah, but in all our settlements in Idaho and Nevada.—All now have their Conferences. Spoke of the Fair the children were going to have—expected some of the greatest talents would come from the children. She then spoke of Sister Felt and said she was the President of all the Primary Associations in the World.—said all the little boys should learn to Sing.
