Theese my sisters Prest P A [Primary Association] should be women that walk with God, to implant all that is good in the mindes of their little ones. Teach them faith in God, that when sick to call for the Elders and not a phasition [physician] I am thankful that you have propper teachings as you have, sisters that have principal. If you carry out the councils Each Prt R S your salvation is shure. I speak as <I am> actuated I shall remain to see the Children to geather I am much pleased with this conference Amen
