The Organization of the Primary Association of the 12th Ward took place to day [. . .] under the direction of Sister Eliza R. Snow.

[. . .] Remarks explaining the object of the meeting and the work to be done there in, were then made by Sister Snow. She then asked the Children questions, after which all expressed, voluntarily, a desire to become active members.
