There were present: Sister Eliza R. Snow and Sister [Mary Isabella] Horne from Salt Lake City and Sister Mary A. [Ann] P. Hyde Spring City and a great many visitors.

The meeting was called to order by Sister Snow and opened by Singing and prayer.

After Mrs Horne [. . .] asked the children if they desired to be organized into Primary Associations, to which they all answered in the affirmative.

[. . .] Officers were then appointed and unammously sustained by the children [. . .]

[. . .] She and Sister Snow then instructed the children how to behave during singing and prayer and while any one are speaking. Adviced the sisters elected to take charge to be punctual in keeping their appointments and not keep their meetings more than one hour at a time. [. . .] [p. 1]
