Salt Lake City Tenth Ward Relief Society; Salt Lake City, Utah Territory

[. . .] Pres Jane Earl said as sisters Snow & others were present we will leave the meeting in there hands. sister Snow was more than pleased to meet under sutch [such] favorable circumstances I think we do not apricate [appreciate] our meetings as we should we get so habitual to things that we do not apreciate them. I was mutch pleased with the minutes that has been read in our hearing those sisters that these minutes speak about are alive to there duties I love to be asociated with such sisters Daughters of our father I see that you are doing som[e]thing towards storing grane I find some little jelocy [jealousy] about where the grane should be stored the wheat that I pay for I do not care where it is stored it can be stored in morgan county or eney [any] where elce [else] I was mutch pleased to see some of the young ladies come in it is for you to geet [get] a knowledge for your self not depend on your father & mother Well sissters there is meney [many] more to speak so I will give way God bless you sisters Amen

Sister M I [Mary Isabella] Horne said if Sister Snow desired an interest in your faith and prayers i certanly do [. . .] [p. 99] [. . .]

[. . .] more remarks were made by E R S Smith [page damaged] Earl [page damaged] [thanked?] the sisters in behalf of the [p. 100] society for their attendance this afternon [. . .] Sister E R. Snow, Smith then blest the brethren and sisters in the gift of tongues the interpretation was given by Sister P. Kimble [Presendia L. Kimball] which was excellent and all felt the Spirit of the Lord in rich abundance. [. . .] [p. 101]
