I consider it an honor to meet you in this building I do love to see the sisters if they are of one heart and mind as a R. S. [Relief Society] we are a great blessing those that are active are doing their duty and accomplishing much. I acknowledge your good work yet I feel it is necesary to try to do a little better the more we can humble ourselves the more we can cherish the Holy Spirit Sisters I want put on your guard look well after your children We do much to[o] lightly, lightmindedness has its affects on the tender one. The church was not fully organized before [1 illegible word] R. S. was organized
