Minutes of the Organization of the Primary Association by Sister Eliza R. Snow Smith. [. . .] Prayer by Sister E. R. S. Smith the children repeating. [. . .] Sister Philene <H> Zundel [Zundell] was chosen President and unaminously [unanimously] sustained. Sister Eliza [V.] Ward unanimously sustained as first counceler [councilor] and Almira Hall as second counceler. Sister Phebe M Zundel [Zundell] was sustained as secertary [secretary] and Haddon T. Ward Treauser [Treasurer]. [. . .] after which the congeration [congregation] sang “O My Father” [. . .] [p. 16]
