Sister Eliza R. Snow. expressed her pleasure in seeing so many bright faces and hearing the various exercise. asked some questions which were ansured [answered] promply Explained what othe[r] Association were doing and told the story of Samuel the Prophet; drawing the comparesion between little Samuel and the children.

Sister Snow wished the Presidents to hold meetings during each quarterl conferences to give reports of their associations. and receive councle how to improve their meetings, so as to make them interesting
