Sister E. R. Snow, said she hoped the young sisters realised the opportunities they had & would live up to them was glad to see the young folks come forward & improve their minds Encouraged us to uphold those placed over us, & try & carry out the councils that are given us.

Sister E. R. Snow motioned that this Association be called the “Young Ladies Retrenchment Association[”]; the vote was unanimous.
