Sister E. R. Snow. Was Much pleased at the progress the 20th ward society was making. Made some very [p. 314] interesting remarks upon the United Order, the idea was for us as a people to be self sustaining, raise all we needed, in place of sending East or West for every little thing. Thought the people who went into it would be happier than those who did not, advised those who did not like it, not to say any thing against it, no matter what came
