Sugar House Primary; Sugar House, Utah Territory

[. . .] Sister Louie [B.] Felt arose and [. . .] asked the children to be sure and remember to pray, alway[s] for Sister E R S. Smith. [. . .]

Sister E. R. S. Smith arose and said she was very thankful and very much pleased to be able to meet with the children, and was very [p. 66] much pleased to see such an improvement and to see the children arise and speak. and gave some very good instructions. spoke on obidence [obedience] to parents and advised the children and a[d]vised the children to obey their parents and always be able to tell the truth. and told them a true story of a little boy who used to steal and what became of him, and told them not to take that which did not belong to them. also made remarks on faith. She then showed them a watch that belonged to Joseph Smith the Prophet. [. . .]
