Mendon Primary; Mendon, Utah Territory

Sister Eliza R. Snow, and Sister Zina [D. H.] Young of Salt Lake City being present. [. . .] Children “O my father.”

Sister E R Snow said “I am pleased to see so many to meeting and to see them respond so well. I was pleased to hear so maney of the children sing. I would advise all you little ones to pray night and morning and if you do so the Lord will bless you and keep you from harm.” she gave the children some very good advice and entreated them to attend their meetings and obey their parents and president.

[. . .] Sister E R Snow said, [“]Your Band is worthy of praise and I am highly pleased with all of the children. Your president wishes me to speak in Tongues and if you will lift your hearts to God I will speak a short time.” After which she spoke and she then said if you will lift your hearts to God sister Young will interpret it.

Sister Young said sister Snow wished to bless all who are connected with the Primary and The mothers, and those who make the music.
