Sister E. R. Snow this is the third meeting I have visated in this City and their is one thing I have noticed and that is a lady like attention to the exersises I have bin interested with your exersises this afternoom they are intended to prepair you for feuture usefleness some of our young ladies canot be draun [drawn] in to one of these meetings [p. 38] they are to full of vanity the ladies who comes to these meetings are the ones that are going to do great and marvelous things these meetings are intended to great and marvelous <make noble mothers> things these meetings are intended to make noble mothers and that is what we want. for all the men that have made any mark in the wourld has had noble mothers no matter how conspictuous their father is so their mother is noble. my young sisters do not weary in well doing be prompt to your meeting meeting should open at the rite time punctuality is a great thing. the lady that will be mis[s]ed is the one that responds to the call is found in her place at all times but the one that keeps a few and comes once in a while is not missed spoke of lady like habets [habits] said you now are persuing a course that will make you one. the most noble mind is the most condesending. a feeling of the future comes over me when those young sisters will be leading out and be filling places you little think of know you are proving to god and themangels [the angels] that you are chosing the way Joshaway [Joshua] did keepe this spirit around you it is a good thing to pray before you go to meeting. you realize that in going to meeting you make your homes hapier you can liten [lighten] the hands of your mother you can chear the heart of your father. rember [remember] this my young sisters never mary untill you can be maried over the holy Alter of God for God ones [wants] no other may God bless and keepe you at all times. in all of your sayings keepe cheereful and enjoy yourself their is only true hapiness in doing good

Sister E R Snow continued her remarks said you nead not think you can write an artical without study you should study and when a good idea comes to your mind write it down the best of writers are the ones that study when you write a peace read it over and corect it then read it over again and so[ ]on untill you cannot corect it any more for any [p. 39] thing that is worth bublishing [publishing] is worth writing well
