Prest E. R. Snow then said: I have spoken to the Bishop whom I met at Ogden about the building of a storehouse for our grain, and since to his councillors but did not meet with much encouragement. Was pleased with the remarks of Bro Samuel J. Sudbury, concerning the preservation of grain. Was Sorry to have been absent from the last meeting, Realized that it is very beneficial for us to meet together, we need spiritual food, felt to be one with the sisters and would like them to suggest anything that would be for our mutual good. Felt proud to be associated with the Saints of God. If we keep our eye on the mark we have nothing to fear. A day or two ago I was reading the minutes of our meetings in Nauvoo. Jos. [Joseph] Smith at one time dwelt considerably upon the privilege of the sisters to adminis[ter] to each other they have as much right to administer as the brethren.1

[. . .] Benediction by Pres E R Snow [p. 47]
