Gave the Sisters some excellent instructions pertaining to their duties. Called up-on mothers to take care of their children, &. teach them faith in God & the principals of the Everlasting Gospel. Showed the necessity of becoming a selfsustaining people. Urged the sisters to manufacture their own hats & bonnets with all else they could possibly make.
