Sister Eliza R, Snow next spoke. She spoke up about the privileges we had compared with those who joined the Church in Earley times. She wondered if we appreciated them she also advised them to study and qualify themselves so when they will be called on missions that they will be able to do some thing. She gave an account of several Missionaries that were called on missions and showed the condition that they werein [were in] on account of their ignorance She also gave many other good instructions.
