In a letter received from my Sister Pallas Jan. 26. 1903 she gives me the name of my Mother’s uncles Samuel Hare, he had with him when he came to our house when my sister Pallas was a young <little> girl and I was about three years old another fine gentleman, but she has forgotten the other’s name both were uncles, she also said Mother was born in North Brookfield Mass. Dec. 21. 1794 and we had calculated 1795.

2 cousins of my mother’s whom I recall were <Miss> Sarah Allen and <Mrs.> Betsy Vase [Vorce] whose maiden name was Morgan, her husband was Jonas Vase [Vorce] and her children were Lowell [Vorce] and Jesse [Vorce] {p. 358}
