1 Born at Monaghan, County Monaghan, Ireland; daughter of Mary Summerville and Patrick Murphy. 2 Moved to Scotland, circa 1820. 3 Married Thomas McLelland, 1842; eleven children. 4 Baptized in Scotland, circa 1842. 5 Immigrated to the United States and settled at Nauvoo, Hancock County, Illinois, 1844. 6 Migrated to the Salt Lake Valley, 1848. 7 Settled at Salt Lake City. 8 Appointed president of the Salt Lake City Seventh Ward Relief Society, 1868. 9 Died at Salt Lake City. 10 (See Document 3.3)
