1 Born at Bowling Green, Warren County, Kentucky; son of Elizabeth Patrick and William Taylor. 2 Baptized, 1837. 3 Married Clara Lake, 1847; participated in plural marriage. 4 Traveled to the Salt Lake Valley, 1850. 5 Settled at Harrisville, Weber County, Utah Territory, circa 1851. 6 Served as bishop of the Harrisville Ward, 1877–1896. 7 Died at Harrisville; buried at Ogden, Weber County. 8 (See Document 3.28)
