Joseph Busby

1811– 1893

Born in Pennsylvania; resided in Nauvoo, Illinois; arrived in Salt Lake City in 1848; left Salt Lake City in 1850 for mission to Society Islands along with his wife Ann, Jonathan and Caroline Crosby, Thomas Tompkins, and Louisa B. Pratt; returned to U.S. in 1851 with Ann, Hiram Clark, and others.
