John Taylor Dick

3 October 1856–14 July 1933

John Taylor Dick was born to John Dick and Agnes Whitelock in Motherwell, Lanark, Scotland, on 3 October 1856. He and his family moved to Utah Territory in 1867. Dick lived in Tooele, where he worked as a blacksmith. He married Elizabeth Airmet and Mary Faulds. Dick died in Salt Lake City, Utah, on 14 July 1933.[1]
