James Howell

6 November 1841–20 October 1913

James Howell Jr. was born on 6 November 1841 to James Howell and Sarah Marshall in Essex, England. Howell migrated to the United States and settled in Salt Lake City, Utah Territory, around 1862 and then moved to Tooele, Utah Territory, sometime thereafter. He married Emily Jane Powell in 1864, and she died in 1882. He married Hattie Harrison in 1888. Howell worked as a shoemaker. He died on 20 October 1913 in Tooele.[1]
