Gustave Anderson

5 January 1850–22 April 1928

Gustave Anderson was born to Andreas Anderson and Kajsa Pherson on 5 January 1850 in Grensta, Dalsland, Sweden. His family settled in Grantsville, Utah Territory, in 1862. He married Emily Jennis Hunter on 22 February 1874, and they had eight children. Anderson served as a counselor in the Grantsville bishopric and worked as a city councilman, mayor, and president of the South Willow Irrigation Company. He died in Grantsville on 22 April 1928.[1]
