George De La Haye Horman

31 July 1863–20 March 1917

George De La Haye Horman was born on 31 July 1863 to Charles Horman and Margaret De La Haye in St. Heliers, Jersey. He migrated with his family to Utah Territory in 1868, and they settled in Tooele. Horman, who worked as a farm laborer and gardener, married Florenda Vowles on 2 July 1890 and continued to live in Tooele before moving to Seattle, Washington. Horman died in Seattle on 20 March 1917.[1]
