Francis John Barber

28 December 1869—6 October 1948

Francis John Barber was born on 28 December 1869 to John Amos Barber and Charlotte Brown in Gosport, Hampshire, England. He moved with his family to Utah Territory in 1881. He worked as a farmer and blacksmith and also spent some time in the coal business. On 12 December 1894, he married Ella Lee, and they had nine children. Barber died on 6 October 1948 in Tooele, Utah.[1]
