1 Born at Somerville, Tallahatchie County, Mississippi; daughter of Mary Ann Forrester and Ira McDonough. 2 Married first William Sewell, 1863; two children. 3 Moved to Louisiana, 1866. 4 Widowed, 1869. 5 Baptized, 1870. 6 Lived at Beaver, Beaver County, Utah Territory, by 1870. 7 Married second William Lazarus Hardiman Dotson, 1870; one child. 8 Married third Austin Shipp, 1873; two children. 9 Moved to Castle Dale, Emery County, Utah Territory, 1888; was the first trained midwife at Castle Dale. 10 Participated in the Emery Stake Relief Society. 11 Lived at Driggs, Fremont County, Idaho, by 1910. 12 Died at Phoenix, Maricopa County, Arizona. 13 (See Document 4.25)
