1 Born in an area that later became part of Utah Territory. 2 Married Mary; seven children. 3 Lived in Thistle Valley, Sanpete County, Utah Territory. 4 Baptized, August 1879. 5 Adopted the surname Lehi, circa 1884. 6 Served as an interpreter, teacher, and elders quorum counselor in the Indianola Ward, in Indianola, Sanpete County. 7 Moved to the Uintah and Ouray Indian Reservation, Utah, 1896. 8 Died at the Uintah and Ouray Reservation. 9 (See Document 4.7)
