1 Born at Churchtown, Lancaster County, Pennsylvania; daughter of Isabella Norris and Stephen Cook. 2 Moved to Nauvoo, Hancock County, Illinois, by 1842. 3 Charter member of the Female Relief Society of Nauvoo. 4 Married John Reid Blanchard, 1844; four children. 5 Endowed in the Nauvoo temple, 1846. 6 Began westward migration, by 1848; lived in Pottawattamie County, Iowa, 1850; migrated to the Salt Lake Valley, by 1854. 7 Lived in Box Elder County, Utah Territory, 1854. 8 Settled at Farmington, Davis County, Utah Territory, by 1860. 9 Died at Clarkston, Cache County, Utah Territory. 10 (See Document 1.2, 4.10, 4.28, first mentioned here)
