James Hamilton Gardner

July 29, 1859–January 15, 1952

1 Born at Mill Creek, Great Salt Lake County, Utah Territory; son of Sarah Hamilton and Archibald Gardner. 2 Baptized, 1868. 3 Served a mission to the Sandwich Islands, 1880–1884; worked in the Laie sugar mill. 4 Married Rhoda Priscilla Huffaker, 1886. 5 Lived in the Snake River Valley, Idaho; moved to Lehi, Utah County, Utah Territory, circa 1890. 6 Worked as general superintendent of the Utah-Idaho Sugar Company. 7 Served as bishop of the Lehi Second Ward. 8 Died at Salt Lake City. 9 (See Document 4.13)
