1 Born in Jefferson County, Illinois; daughter of Sarah Hood and George Bradford. 2 Married Leven Simmons, 1836; twelve children. 3 Baptized, circa 1842. 4 Migrated to the Salt Lake Valley, 1852. 5 Settled at Spanish Fork, Utah County, Utah Territory. 6 Served as first counselor to Letitia Ann Davis in the Spanish Fork Second Ward Relief Society presidency. 7 Died at Spanish Fork. 8 (See Document 2.5)
