1 Born at Downham, Lancashire, England; daughter of Isabella (Bella) Briggs. 2 Married first George Douglas, 1827; eight children. 3 Lived at Clitheroe, Lancashire. 4 Baptized in England, 1838. 5 Immigrated to the United States and settled at Nauvoo, Hancock County, Illinois, 1842. 6 Widowed, 1842. 7 Married second John Parker Jr., 1846; two children. 8 Lived at St. Louis, 1846–1852. 9 Migrated to the Salt Lake Valley, 1852; settled at Salt Lake City. 10 Contributed to the Salt Lake City Fourteenth Ward album quilt, 1857. 11 Appointed to settle in southern Utah Territory, 1862; settled at Virgin, Washington County, Utah Territory. 12 Served as president of the Virgin Ward Relief Society. 13 Died at Virgin. 14 (See Document 1.11, 2.3)
