Belinda Marden Pratt

1 Born at Chichester, Merrimack County, New Hampshire; daughter of Rachel Shaw and John Marden. 2 Married first Benjamin Abbot Hilton, circa 1839; divorced, circa 1844. 3 Baptized, March 1843; moved to Nauvoo, Hancock County, Illinois, 1844. 4 Married second Parley P. Pratt as a plural wife, 1844; five children. 5 Migrated to the Salt Lake Valley, 1847. 6 Settled in the Salt Lake City Fourteenth Ward; served as a Relief Society teacher, 1856–1870. 7 Moved to Fillmore, Millard County, Utah Territory, 1870. 8 Served as counselor and then president of the Fillmore Ward Relief Society; served as the first president of the Millard County Stake Relief Society. 9 Died at Salt Lake City. 10 (See Document 2.3, 4.6)
