1 Born at Cincinnati; daughter of Sarah Maryette Kingsley and John Alexander Cleveland. 2 Married John Lyman Smith, 1845; eight children. 3 Migrated to the Salt Lake Valley, 1847. 4 Lived at Salt Lake City. 5 Moved to Meadow, Millard County, Utah Territory, by 1868. 6 Served as a member of the visiting committee of the Relief Society in Fillmore, Millard County. 7 Moved to St. George, Washington County, Utah Territory, by 1880. 8 Died at Haden, Fremont County, Idaho. 9 (See Document 3.8)
