Emily Jane Smith

Daughter of Elias and Lucy Brown Smith; born in Salt Creek, Iowa; immigrated to Salt Lake City with her parents, 1851; married Wilford Woodruff Jr., 1867; accompanied him to colonize Muddy Valley in southern Nevada, 1867–1871; resided with her husband in new settlement of Randolph, Utah, 1871–1877; died in Salt Lake City.
