Eleazer Davis

Member of Mormon Battalion; stayed in California following discharge; brother-in-law of Jeremiah Root; operated the Six Miles House east of Sacramento with two other Battalion veterans, his brother Sterling Davis and Henry Fairbanks; died in Iowa.
