Asahel Albert Lathrop

Born in Tolland, Connecticut; arrived in Salt Lake Valley in September 1847; left the valley for California in November 1847 as part of a company sent to obtain supplies for valley residents; returned in 1848; moved his family to California prior to October 1850, when he was operating the Mormon Tavern.
