George Allen Rimington was born on 22 April 1848 to George James Rimington and Susannah Newman in Ryhall, England. He came to the United States in 1864 and married Elizabeth Gollaher Skelton on 21 June 1872. He was a justice of the peace in Tooele, Utah, for eight years. Rimington died on 16 May 1925 in Tooele.[1]
