Born 22 June 1868 in Westmoreland County, Pennsylvania. Son of Matthew Miller and Agnes Murphy. Set apart as a missionary in British Mission, 18 March 1898. Returned from mission, 21 June 1900. Married Annabelle Trayner, 3 December 1902; four children. Died 11 May 1940 in Salt Lake City.[1]
